Here's what we usually get asked
Not at all. Many of my clients had never been behind a microphone before their first episode. As a journalist with 15+ years’ experience, I’ll coach you on how to present, how to sound natural and how to get the best out of your guests. Most people are surprised how quickly they settle in and start enjoying it.
Usually around [X weeks] from our first strategy session to your first episode going live. In that time we’ll shape your show’s concept and format, plan your first episodes and guests, set up your artwork and podcast hosting, and record. If you’d like to launch in January, booking before 4 December gives us time to have everything ready.
Just your expertise and a willingness to share it. We start with a podcast strategy session, where we work out who your podcast is for, what you want it to achieve and how it will build your personal brand. From there, I’ll let you know what I need from you, such as your logo or brand guidelines and a few photos.
No tech skills needed. We record through Riverside, which runs in your web browser, so there’s nothing complicated to install. I’ll recommend a simple, affordable microphone and headphones, plus a webcam if you’re recording video, and I’ll help you set up so you look and sound your best.
You, your guest and I each join from our own home or office through Riverside. It records everyone separately in high quality, so the finished episode sounds like you’re all in the same room. I’m there for every recording, so you can focus on the conversation while I keep an eye on the technical side.
The recording itself, plus a little preparation beforehand. The best podcasts come from hosts who put some thought into their topics and guests, and I’ll help you with that so it’s quick and focused. After recording, I take care of the editing, assembly, titles, show notes and publishing.
Weekly, fortnightly or monthly can all work well. The most important thing is consistency, so we’ll choose a rhythm that suits your goals and your schedule, and one you can comfortably keep up.
That’s something we’ll decide together in your podcast strategy session. It depends on who your audience is, where they spend their time, and what you want the podcast to achieve for your brand.
It depends on your podcast and your goals. In your strategy session, we’ll look at the kinds of guests who will bring value to your audience and strengthen your profile. Often, your existing network, clients and industry peers are a great place to start. Don’t worry if you’re also not sure how to approach them: I’ll help with that too.
Yes, that’s an option. You can come to my studio on the Gold Coast, where I can interview you about your thought leadership, or you can invite and interview your own guests. Several interstate clients have made a working holiday of it.
I’ll work with you on how to come across with confidence on the microphone and on camera, how to structure a conversation, ask questions that draw out great answers, and help your guests relax so they open up. I’ll also give you feedback along the way, so each episode is better than the last.
Most podcast services press record and edit. I’ve spent 15+ years as a journalist and have hosted podcasts for the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists and Ageing Australia. So I don’t just produce your show: I help you become a better host and give you strategic advice on how to turn each conversation into a stronger personal brand. I’m with you every step of the way, and many of my clients have stayed with me for years because of it.
I understand. Everyone is different, so I tailor my services to reflect you and your goals. There are similarities, but there’s no one-size-fits-all solution. Book a free call and I’ll give you a clear, no-obligation proposal based on what you need.
No, absolutely not. You can continue your podcast for as long or as short a time as you want. If you decide to stop, I just ask for 30 days’ notice.

So much online content is generated by AI, and I believe real people having real conversations matter more than ever.
That’s why I help business coaches, CEOs and industry leaders become confident hosts and build a personal brand people trust.
